FAQs

  • If you have any questions about travel, accommodations, or the weekend itself, feel free to reach out to our amazing event planners, Ady and Pau Espinosa, at (917) 951-6533. They’ll be happy to help with anything you need.

  • If you’re able to arrive on Thursday, we recommend coming a day early to make the most of your time in Careyes. We understand not everyone can take extra time off, so arriving on Friday works perfectly too. Join us at the welcome dinner whenever you arrive.

  • As soon as possible. Careyes is a special, remote destination, and being that this is a Holiday weekend, housing options can fill up or fluctuate in price quickly. We recommend booking your accommodations well in advance to secure your ideal setup.

  • Data shows that the best fares typically appear about 3 months before departure. We recommend setting up price alerts to track deals.

If budget isn’t a major concern and you want to lock things in early, the sooner you book, the better, especially since this is a holiday weekend.

  • We recommend using whatsapp (+52 315 125 5423) to message the Careyes team and let them know the unit you are interested in. Each home has different rules. Some allow for credit cad payment while others require a wire deposit.

  • To help maintain the flow and intimacy of the weekend, we kindly ask that only guests and children listed on your invitation attend. Thank you for understanding, we’re so grateful to share this space with you.

  • While the meals won’t be kosher, we will have pescatarian-friendly and vegetarian options available at all events. If you have additional dietary needs or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, Careyes is known for being a very safe and peaceful destination. It’s a private, gated community with 24/7 security and a close-knit local staff. Most guests walk freely between homes, restaurants, and beaches at all hours. While it’s always smart to use common travel sense, Careyes is considered one of the most secure and serene areas along Mexico’s Pacific coast.

  • February is one of the most beautiful times to be in Careyes. Days are typically warm and sunny, with average highs in the low to mid 80s °F (around 28°C), and evenings are comfortably cooler — perfect for ocean dips, sunset dinners, and dancing under the stars. Rain is rare this time of year, and the air feels fresh and dry.

  • Gentlemen, we’ve got you covered. Forget the overpriced roses and crowded restaurants. This year, your Valentine’s plans are officially upgraded: join us in Careyes and celebrate love in all its glorious forms.

  • Careyes has a small local clinic for basic medical needs, and there are on-call doctors available for minor issues or house visits.
